Okay so this thread is manly a community thing in witch you post down below the Weapon variants you would like to see for those weapons that are lacking.
This is not a wish list thread but an actual attempt at finding balanced weapon variants that would be useful but not overly/under powered. Please take time to think out how the weapon's variant would stack up to the stock weapon. The variant should complement the stock weapon but not make it sub useful.
I'll put three examples below
Assault Plasma Cannon The Assault Plasma Cannon was designed by its Gallente engineers as an all in AV weapon with little use against infantry. The Assault Plasma Cannon contains two charges that can be fired in rapid succession at the expense of fitting cost, splash damage, and splash radius.
Skill Requirements; Plasma Cannon operation LVL 4 Direct damage-1150 Splash damage-150 Splash radius-1.5m
Paced Swarm Launcher Upon the failed deployment of the original drumfire Swarm Launcher Caldari engineers went back to the drawing board and took inspiration for the greatly renowned Small Missile turrets deployed on Caldari Land vehicles and Dropships. The Paced Swarm Launcher uses the convectional Swarm Launcher Frame but fires a packed cluster of shaped charge dumb fire rockets to avoid the shotgun effect that led to the original drumfire swarm launchers demise. The projectiles travel on a flat plane quickly over distance but like all Swarm Launcher explode when there full Runs out so not to leave active warheads littering the battlefield.
Skill requirements-Swarm Launcher operation LVL 4 Damage Per Missile-350 Missiles per cluster- 4 Splash damage per missile-50 Splash radius-.5m Cluster grouping Radius-1m Flight distance-100m Shots per clip-1
Pules Laser Rifle The Pules Laser Rifle was built as a response to the appearance of Minmatar Combat Rifles. Seeing the limitations of scrambler rifle technology the Amarr engineers turned back of their original infantry rifle.The Weapon Fires a Short but devastating burst of pinpoint accurate fire only Laser technology can provide. The Four Pules burst Drains 5% of the Weapons battery per Pulls but increases the damage of each successive pulls. The Damage is reset after each pules.
Skill Requirements-Laser Rifle operation LVL 4 Damage Per Pules- First,45 Second,50 third,55 Fourth.60 Pulse Rate-900rpm Optimal Distance-65m Effective distance-100m
Please note that the examples above are just that examples. Please leave your own well though out variants of other weapons below and I will edit this post to add them in. Thank You for your time.

I put assault as it is a quick firing weapon that dose the same to less damage as the normal variant where as Breach weapons are high damage for Low rate of fire.
Not saying your wrong but that was my reasoning for putting it as Assault
